HE may not be as well balanced as he looks sitting out there on top of the world. Certainly a growing number of American congressmen like the scent of his blood, and if a Republican victory in the elections next year starts to look unlikely Mr Henry Kissinger may decide this summer to get out of office as American Secretary of State before his President is shot electorally from under him. For the rest of us that would be a pity. For inside the egg Mr Kissinger is sitting on is the likely solution to the world’s oil price crisis.
